The Village Hall is a blend of old and new with the re-development of the original hospital ballroom and the addition of two purpose built wings. There are two rooms for hire in the village hall - the Watt’s room, which is suitable for meetings and smaller gatherings, and the ballroom, which is an ideal venue for large parties, concerts and other large scale events. In addition to the two rooms, there is also a fully functional kitchen, ideal for catering.

Any resident of Charlton Down who is running a group activity or club that is open to the general public may be eligible for a 50% discount on the hire charges.
