Charlton Down Walking Group

The Charlton Down Walking group has 26 Members at present who enjoy 4-6mile walks amongst Dorset’s beautiful countryside.

We meet every other Monday at 10a.m. outside the Charlton Down shop. Our walks are very varied, inland as well as coastal usually with spectacular views across Dorset’s countryside, often a Pub can be incorporated for drinks and/or lunches. We encourage walkers to use walking boots and have walking poles as routes can be muddy and hilly.

We are a friendly group and would welcome any new walkers. The programme is posted on the shop notice board.
